THE PAST TWO DAYS
It was one of the longer days of my life. It wasn't all that bad, well, since we're already at the bad part, let's start off with the bad parts.
Since it has been raining cats and dogs for the past 2 days, traffic has gone terrible in our place that cars were not even moving an inch for an hour or so, thus resulting moi to miss my first 2 classes and standing on the side of the highway for almost 1 and a half hours. Yeah, as if that wasn't bad enough, there were these high school kids [i'm actually calling high school students kids. i'm really getting old] who were on a bus [they were on a field trip, obviously] who did nothing but wave and shout like you were a hollywood celebrity or something. Some were even shouting 'haha kawawa naman kayo walang masakyan'. Do these kids even study values education? I mean, come on, I know I'm being immature here but at least they could've looked at the timing of the situation. Anyway, I ended up going home and ate lunch at our place. Now that was a first for me. I swear.
Anyways, enough of the bad part. I was at hard rock cafe with my aesthet [art appreciation] classmates last night. Before this, I was at prov with arun, jp and company for another videoke session. I even sang Halaga [yep, they made me sing. haha] just to cap off. Anyway, I really took my time going to hard rock because I wasn't close to the people there, being a transferee and all, plus being an irregular class. And oh yeah, before I forget, we were supposed to make a critique out of the band that was playing. Yes, a critique. Bottom line is its not that bad spending a night at hard rock with people you just met a week ago. Its a good icebreaker. Ended up consuming some drinks there, which also brings me to this, that hard rock is not a cheap place to spend money on. Imagine you only get 2 drinks for an entrance fee of 300 pesos? Plus their beer costs 112 pesos. Ridiculous, man! Oh well, its not hard rock for nothing.
And just to add to my rant about the traffic, thursday night was no better. Imagine, I left CSB at 745pm, then getting stuck there until 845. And he haven't reached quirino yet! Then another hour at pedro gil and padre faura. Then suddenly a bus going to our place passed by, so I quickly jumped on the opportunity. On the way home, I was at kalaw for another 2 hours. 2 hours for crying out loud! Then my sojourn ended when I came home at 1130pm.
I've got to end this right now. I haven't had more than 7 hours of sleep for more than a week now. At least I still get 7 hours worth of sleep. Nah, what's the point in explaining.
Peace out!
