COLLEGE OF ST. BENILDE
Want to know what I went through this afternoon at the said institution?
- I came to the admissions office of the said school at 12. Lunch break. Great.
- I went to the lab to burn some time. When I came back at 1pm, it was still closed. (note: the sign posted at the door was "lunch break: 12:00-1:00")
- They opened the door at 1:30 pm. Imagine the humanity outside the damn office waiting for their turn. And because it was the release of results for the freshmen entrance exams.
- When my turn came at the counter, the person-in-charge said I had to wait for the person who handles transferees. Again, another 15 minutes.
- The person that is now handling me looked for my pre-admission application form. She wasn't listening when I told her I was still GOING TO submit my form. Another 10 minutes.
After all that hell, I just realized now that the course that I wanted to take at CSB which is Information Services Management, is now extinct and it was replaced by Information Management. You're probably thinking. 'What's the problem?' The Information Management program is the same, and I mean the exact same, as to the IT course that I'm currently enrolled in here at La Salle. Right now, I'm screwed. But, I'm going to find a way. There's always a way.
At least the surroundings inside CSB looked serene.
Peace out!
